Zane
So this is probably completely inappropriate, but I have to share it.
The other night after a full day of moving Zane came down the stairs and said, "My butt has a problem." I know, just what you wanted to know. But Boston in his new attitude about life, calmy and very quickly came back with a comment that made us proud. He asked, "Why, does it have a crack in it?" After the long few days we had experienced, we thought it was hysterical.

I am an addict
Okay, while unpacking today I came across these bags I had bought at Costco many months ago. Boston and I started bagging sweaters that I was putting away for the winter. It was so much fun. We did 4 bags before I ran out of stuff for now. I tried to come up with more, but couldn't. I could have kept going for a while. So fun!
If you need an easy way to store items, this is it.
We Moved!
We survived our move, but barely. There are always little bumps in the road when moving.
- We made 100 trips back and forth between the houses, or so it seemed delivering as much as we could with my truck (really known as my minivan). We couldn't have survived the move without the movers and their amazing muscles. We still filled two trucks and it took all day. We are going to learn to get rid of some stuff I have decided. This is silly.
- The boys learned how much weight they could carry and maybe it isn't so fun to grow up and have to help move.
- I learned that too much stress causes really bad cold sores and according to my doctor, next time I decide to move I should just sell a child. He thinks he is so funny.
- We all learned that stuffed animals shouldn't be flushed down the toilet because it blocks the pipes. Luckily for us it wasn't us and the warranty covered getting someone out to fix it, but not until the basement flooded.
- Lulu learned that running around free in a very busy parking lot is a very bad idea and if someone doesn't run you over, the mom is going to have your hide when you are caught. (I wish she really had learned that lesson, but we have already had to chase her down twice since then. But thanks to all the people who helped us in the parking lot.)
- We learned there are always disappearing boxes that we still can't find with the important stuff in it. It is just easier to go replace the stuff that search for hours for the box.
- Blinds never show up in time to put them up before you move in.
It was a good move though and we are thrilled to be here. The Bishopric came and visited us last night and it was a very welcome visit. It is nice to know it is our own home and we aren't going anywhere any time soon.
Now on to unpacking boxes...

American Idol

David Cook And Brooke White are still my favorite. They are such complete opposites of eachother it is hard to say one is better than the other. Should be intersting to see what happens. David Archuletta is very good, but still seems so young. But I really enjoy him also.

My Fair Lady
My mom and her good friend Judy came to visit this weekend. Tanya and Jack came for a few days also. We had planned a girls night to go see My Fair Lady this weekend. They claim it is the nearest to perfect musical that was ever written. We really had a good time and enjoyed it. It is the second time we have gone to see a play as the girls and my mom has flown in. The first time we went to Mama Mia. It was fabulous. I think we have started a wonderful new tradition.
Lilly
My baby s growing up. Last night when we were going to bed we couldn't locate a binky in the house for anything. She has only had 3 left for a long time and always knows where they are. Much to her dismay she couldn'n't remember last night. So we decided that it was time to give it up. She is almost 4 and really should have given them up long ago. She is my baby though and I haven't pushed her at all.
When asked what happened to her binky she told us her Aunt Tanya had eaten them and it was so rude. It was so absolutely darling. Still 24 hours later she is saying the same thing. Poor Tanya.
I did find the binkies later on that evening and they went out with the garbage man this morning. I am commited. But I wish she could stay a little girl forever.
