FIeld Day 2009

Check out what Adam and Zane did this weekend.

I wish I had more information to give, but it is related to his ham radio, that is about all the information I have. I can't say I completely understand.
They had a great time. I love that he has found a hobby he enjoys and can do with the boys.

Last day of school

Mary ended her 3rd grade year with the most fabulous teacher. She learned so much and has grown up so much this year. She isn't my little girl anymore. She is so talented and beautiful.

Again, Zane scored on the perfect teacher for him. He swore all year (if he swore) that his teacher hated him. But they had the best of relationships. This teacher had Zane's number, new of his potential, and tried very hard to challenge him.
We will miss Mr. Pratt.
(Only for a year, then Mary has him.)
Welcome to 4th grade and 6th grade.

Boston turns 13 today

Happy Birthday Boston!

These were the earliest pictures of Boston that I could find. My baby boy has grown up to be such a handsome responsible young man. Christmas 2004

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to the greatest father my kids could ever have!

10 mile bike ride

My handsome boys before their bike ride today. Adam got a new bike rack for his awesome jeep for Father's Day and they enjoyed using it Don't they look cool.
We are just saying he looks cool today, we aren't mentioning how he doesn't match or looks very grumpy. Can you tell I have 2 teenagers in my house. They have master the teenage grump look. It is just a look though, they really aren't grouchy.

Zane in the ER

Zane spent the evening yesterday in the Medicare unit near the house. He has been throwing up and such for 3 days. We thought maybe he had appendicitis, but come to find out it was just a terrible case of gastroenteritis. They pumped him full of fluids and put him on anti nausea and antibiotics. Of course he threw up the first dose of the antibiotics. But after a rough night of moaning and groaning and flopping around, he seems to be doing better. But now he is afraid to eat. So we just have to get over that fear so we don't have to go get more fluids.
This is Zane with a severe case of Molly face.

200th

This is my 200th post. I cannot believe that I have posted that many times.
Happy 200th.

Devil's Head

We spent an hour up at Devil's Head this week. It is a beautiful campground that you can actually see from our house but is about 45 min. away. We are planning to go up again soon.
It was amazing.
This is Lilly being bossy and telling Boston not to jump off the rock that he could get hurt.
Izzy enjoyed it the most it seemed.

Lilly was being a bird.
She asks Adam daily when we can go back. We are going back next time to make smores.

Mary's Fun Meet

(I put the pictures in backwards today. Not on purpose, but too tired to switch them around. I figure you guys get the idea.)

Mary's Gym puts on a Fun Meet twice a year that is like a recital is for dance. It also gives the younger levels a chance to perform and the other levels a chance to prepare for competition season. Her season starts in September. So this is helpful to remind her how much she loves performing and competing. I never get tired of the pictures.
