Lilly's done with Kindergarten!

I am so proud of Lilly!

What a year. In the beginning she wanted nothing to do with school. NOTHING! So it took us all year to convince her that school is fun and will be her job for many years to come.

She had a fabulous teacher, who was very kind and had incredible patience with her.

She has given us many priceless memories this year.

Some of them could have been considered a little bit snotty, but when not with Lilly we can giggle at them, as they are usually hilarious.

Funny things Lilly told her teacher and us.

• "You can do it for me."
• "I am too tired."
• "I don't know how."
• "I will do it when I get home."
• "No school tomorrow. YES! I can sleep in."
• "It is too early. Just one more minute."
• "I am not going to school. I don't want to."
• "It's so BORING!"
• "The boys like me."
• OMG! There are so many more!

Now she will sing, participate, read, play with her friend, ask questions, and still cling to mom.

But we made so much headway!
